Some thoughts on it.

I prefer feedback over favs.  When there's not work or killing to be done here I often come in to my room to cool off and check my email/facebook/devart, and of course to reply to people.  

I always appreciate lighthearted sarcasm with a base of intelligence and maturity, but not compulsive victims/bullies and chronically offended/offensive people.  Who does?  In the words of the great Bill and Ted, "be... excellent to eachother..."  ha ha

If I don't respond to you, it may be because I'm out on a longer mission, or because I'm dead.  No worries, but thanks for stopping by and taking the time to say something.  Leave something nice for my wife to read later.

The server here is restricted by websense, so there isn't much I can access online.  Also, turns out it's hot outside in Afghanistan, and since I'm in a small remote firebase in the middle of the desert, there's not many ways to pass the free time.  So I spend a good bit of my downtime BSing on my laptop.  I found deviantart again and might put some photomanips up and would welcome some back and forth comment correspondence.  Thanks.

Sidenote: If I come across harsh in any of my comments please keep in mind that I live in a combat zone.  So consider the source.  Besides, one of the things I risk my life for is freedom of speech.  (:  Also if I stop responding to comments, I've probably been killed.  No big deal, but thanks anyway for checking out my page.

Headed for Afghanistan to kill people and help others.  Can't say much else.  
Going to miss the wife of my dreams, Jody, and my beautiful children immensely, but they are in God's hands and I couldn't ask for more.

I just logged into this account for the first time in years, and it's embarassing at best, to see a lot of the gay shit I did.  Some of it's cool.  Some.  I've since been married, had a daughter, divorced, remarried, had a son, gained a stepdaughter.  Regardless, I have a new job now.  Real work.

I'm in the US Army Special Forces qualification course(which is a lame boast within the community), a 3 year long gauntlet of training that I'm 2/3 done with.  I'm studying to be a combat medic.  I speak Russian now, and have learned so many great ways to kill and capture people alone or with troops at my command, it's fucking fabulous.  I've learned interesting things about myself and others under pressure, and endured plenty of pain and a little bloodshed.  I just thought I'd update this for the hell of it, since I'd come so far since my last login.  Though I doubt anyone will read this, maybe the SERE instructors will find it.  Hey SERE instructors, here's to my extra beating.
